Lucy Adlington runs the History Wardrobe series of costume-in-context presentations and is the author of Great War Fashion - Tales from the History Wardrobe; Fashion: Women in World War One; Stitches in Time – the Story of the Clothes We Wear. Her new novel The Red Ribbon, inspired by the dressmakers of Auschwitz, will be published by HotKey Books autumn 2017.
