I hear about your project from a friend at MIT. Two years ago, with funding from the Talis Incubator for Open Education (http://creativecommons.org/weblog/entry/21661), Marion Jensen created TwHistory. TwHistory is an OER site for real-time historical reenactments using Twitter (http://TwHistory.org). The code is open source and reenactments can be reused and remixed by others. It might be a good place to continue to share your Battle of Arras tweets. I believe there is a bulk import feature that supports .csv files.
